S-Basketball training sessions.
S-Basketball training sessions are suitable for amateur basketball players who would like to improve their basketball skills either in social or competitive games. Training is mixed for men and women.
Training process: participants do basketball drills, play basketball, shoot and dribble. It is high-intensity training. Players learn to react in game situations, and improve their basketball skills. Sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours long. Majority of participants are basketball beginners, lower intermediate and intermediate level players. Training locations are in Al Barsha and Sobha Hartland. Training head coach is experienced basketball players Sandris Seja and his assistants.
